HOW TO GET YOUR WRIST/ANKLE SIZE

OPTION 1: Flexible measuring tape.

Using a measuring tape, measure tightly just above the wrist bone or ankle bone as below.

Be sure to leave enough room to ensure you do not obstruct blood flow.

OPTION 2: Regular paper

If you do not have a flexible tape measure you can use a thin strip of regular printer paper.

Measure using the same technique as option 1 and mark the paper.

Lay the paper flat and measure from the end of the paper to your mark, this is your wrist circumference.

Be sure to leave enough room to ensure you do not obstruct blood flow.

HOW TO GET YOUR NECK SIZE

OPTION 1: Flexible measuring tape.

Using a measuring tape, loosely measure your neck where you want your collar to rest.

Be sure to leave enough room to ensure you do not obstruct blood flow.

OPTION 2: Regular paper

If you do not have a flexible tape measure you can use a thin strip of regular printer paper.

Measure using the same technique as option 1 and mark the paper.

Lay the paper flat and measure from the end of the paper to your mark, this is your neck circumference.
