Can I return an item from my order?

Most items may be returned for store credit within 15 days of delivery. Please review our return policy for more details.
If your item got a little extra love and needs repair, contact us! We offer free lifetime repairs.

At Blush and Bind, our handmade leather gear is crafted to be loved, cherished, and—most importantly—used. We know our collars, cuffs, and accessories aren’t just for show (though they do look amazing)—they’re made to move with you through every scene, session, and sultry adventure.

 

That’s why we offer free lifetime repairs on all our pieces. If your gear ever gets a little too well-loved, whether it’s a popped rivet or a torn strap, just send it our way and we’ll make it good as new—on the house. All we ask is that you cover shipping.

 

Your pleasure is our priority, and we’re here to keep your favorite pieces play-ready for as long as you want to wear them.

Return Policy

Most items may be returned for store credit within 15 days of receipt.

  • Custom and personalized items: Items that have been custom ordered (personalized with engravings, sizing, or other requests) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.​

  • Insertable Items: Gags and other insertable items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. 

  • Return Authorization: Items must have a return authorization to be eligible for store credit. Please follow the return steps outlined below before shipping items back to us. 

  • Restocking Fees: Returned items may incur up to a 25% restocking fee.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Return Timeline & Steps

For returns of eligible items, email returns@blushandbind.com within 15 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Please provide your name, order number and the product you'd like to return. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of authorization receipt.

Cancellations: cancellation requests may be made within 24 hours. To request a cancellation, please email us at info@blushandbind.com.
